Hatikvah is a 19th-century Jewish poem and the national anthem of Israel. The music to which it is set comes from a 16th century Italian song entitled La Mantovana, composed by Giuseppe Cenci. It has been used by a number of composers, including Bedřich Smetana and Camille Saint-Saëns. Here, Cathy Elliott has arranged the melody for beginner double bass.
The Double Bass part comes with bowings and fingerings from the editor. No clean part included.
