Massimo Tore

Born in 1958, Double bass player - self-taught electric bassist. In 1980 he began his academic studies at the Cagliari Conservatory, where he has taught classical bass, jazz and improvisation since 2000. He combines his teaching with that of a double bass player, mainly in the Orchestre des Champs Élysées directed by Philippe Herreweghe, an orchestra specializing in the historically informed performance of classical and romantic music on period instruments.
