About Christian Ciaccio
Christian Ciaccio was born in Venice in 1978 and began studying the double bass at the age of 12 with M. Pitzianti, graduating under M. Ricciuti in 1997 with full marks at the Francesco Venezze Conservatory of Music in Rovigo. In 2002, he enrolled at the Milan School of Music, where he studied with Giuseppe Ettorre for four years. He played in various youth orchestras and was successful in auditions for the Italian Youth Orchestra, the UBS Verbier Festival Youth Orchestra, and the Gustav Mahler International Academy in 2005.
