About Phoebe Russell
Australian double bassist Phoebe Russell made her professional debut with the Berlin Philharmonic at the age of just 17. She is in high demand as a soloist, and is principal of the Queensland Symphony Orchestra. She is lecturer in double bass at the University of Queensland and regularly gives masterclasses at schools around the globe.
